"Every child matters and has at least one talent, which we have a duty to nurture and nourish. Of course, an increasing number of Smith's Wood pupils are developing a multiplicity of talents; and we work continuously to develop there and raise their aspiration.

Smith's Wood is much more than results; and we retain our belief that artistic and athletic pursuits are just as important as academic results. They are essential for children to develop into active citizens. In the same way, we value commitment to activities outside college hours and are proud of the opportunities we offer our pupils.
